What is animal communication/Interspecies Telepathic Communication?

Interspecies telepathic communication is the ability to telepathically connect with a being of another species and communicate with them.  Two-way communication is accomplished not only with words, but with images, feelings, thoughts and emotions.

How did Rebecca learn she was able to communicate telepathically?

Rebecca has been communicating with animals for much of her lifetime.  As a child she was able to communicate with her animal companion but was unaware that this was not an ordinary gift.  As she grew older she stopped communicating with animals in an effort to “fit in” with her friends, and soon her gift was forgotten.

In her adult years, Rebecca was introduced to an animal communicator and felt it was very “natural” to talk with the animals.  This prompted her to study telepathic animal communication and she quickly rediscovered her ability to telepathically speak with the animals on a deep and meaningful level.

Rebecca is a professional animal communicator with over five years of experience.  She offers her ability to anyone who desires a deeper connection and relationship with their animal friends and all of nature.

Why should I communicate with my animal companion?

It's an effective way to get answers to questions and work out any problems together.  Here are a few common reasons why people want to communicate with their animal companion:

General check-in: Sometimes you just want to know how your animal companion is doing. Has the animal adjusted to a recent change; want different food; getting enough exercise?  How are they feeling physically and emotionally?

Behavior issues: Problems can often be resolved once you know why the animal is behaving in a particular way.  Examples include barking, chewing, aggressive behavior or house breaking/litter box issues. Hearing the animal's perspective helps you find a solution together. However, communication is not a replacement for gentle, positive training.

Notify your animal companion of upcoming changes: You may want to let them know there may be changes at home such as; you are moving, bringing a new person into the home, someone is leaving, you are going on vacation or your daily schedule is changing.

You want input: Many people ask their animal companion how they feel about something in advance. Do they want a new animal in the house? How do they feel about recent changes at home?  Are they happy?  Is there anything you can do to make them more happy/comfortable?  How do they feel about other members of the family, including other animals in the house?

Death and Dying: It is difficult to make a decision about your animal companion’s future without knowing what they want. You can ask: Do you want help in passing? How can we make you more comfortable?

Lost animals: It is difficult to locate an animal telepathically. If they are truly lost, they cannot tell us where they are, but usually they can indicate any landmarks near their physical location, which may be helpful in your search. We can also convey important messages to the animal such as advising them to stay away from danger and how to find help.

How is a consultation conducted?

Consultations can be conducted either in person or by phone. (Please refer to the Calendar of Events to check Rebecca’s schedule of appearances.)

Using her telepathy, Rebecca will make a connection with the animal and receive information in the form of images, thoughts, feelings, emotions and words.  She will then convey that information to the animal’s person.  Rebecca can also convey any questions, thoughts or comments from the person to their animal companion.  This allows for two-way conversation.

How is it possible to conduct a consultation over the phone?

Telepathic communication is an energetic connection; therefore physical distance is not a factor in the quality of the connection with the animal.   In fact, most consultations are conducted over the phone.

For some animals this method of communication is more effective, as the animal will not be distracted by the presence of a stranger or by being in a strange place.  Such distractions can hamper the animal’s ability to focus during the session, thus affecting the quality of the connection and the amount of information received during the consultation.

Are animals aware that you are communicating with them?

Yes, animals are always aware of any telepathic communication from others.  During a session most people notice that their animal companion will settle down and become quiet, this helps them to focus on the conversation.

What questions should I ask?

That is up to you.  Keeping in mind that your animal companion may not necessarily share something with you unless you ask them about it, you will be urged to ask as many questions as you would like during the appointment.

It is advised to prepare your list of questions ahead of time so you can put some thought into what you would like to ask your animal companion.  This way you will be well prepared for the consultation.  People who do not prepare ahead of time frequently forget important questions.

Should my animal companion be with me during the consultation?

Most clients prefer to be near their animal companion during a consultation, but it is not necessary.  If you are unable to do so it will not effect the quality of the connection or the flow of information.

How long does a consultation typically last?

The average consultation lasts 30–45 minutes. Consultations are structured in a way that allows the animal to also communicate their thoughts, concerns and feelings about things as well as time for the animal’s person to ask questions. Typically both the animal and person will have communicated everything they would like to in that amount of time

Can I learn how to communicate with animals?

Telepathy is an ability that we are all born with, but just like other skills; some people are better at it than others. Learning how to effectively communicate telepathically requires commitment, an open mind, trust and a lot of practice. Taking a class is the best way to get started.  Check out the calendar page for a list of upcoming workshops.
